Quality Assurance

Currently offers 3 internal and 3 external quality assurance qualifications. These are designed for those working in, or intending to work in, the role of an internal quality assurer or an external quality assurer. The internal quality assurance qualifications are also ideal for those who do not actually wish to work in this role, but do require a greater understanding of the processes and practices involved. As for the external quality assurance qualifications, the Highfield Level 4 Award In the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) and the Highfield Level 4 Certificate In Leading the External Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice (RQF) qualifications assess practical competence of external quality assurance and therefore are only available to learners who currently work as external quality assurance staff.
